Business Associate BenefitsIf you have sales skills and some knowledge of computers, you can make money by selling our software products. Whether you are a self-employed entrepreneur, a small business or a large corporation anywhere in the world, we have a partnering program for you. Based on your type of partnership and volume of sales, you could earn 30% - 40% of your gross sales.



If you are a network consultant, a sales person or a private company in Information Technology (IT) field, you would qualify to become a Reseller for MDEC software products. You will be responsible for marketing and sales, and be the 1st level contact person for your software customers. Your primary responsibilities as an MDEC reseller are:

  • Find potential software customers
  • Initiate the sales process by contacting the customer
  • Make presentations, and give software demos (if needed)
  • Answer all questions related to MDEC software products
  • Contact MDEC tech support if customer needs technical help

If you are a network consultant or a private company in Information Technology (IT) field, you will qualify to become an independent Dealer for MDEC software products. You will be responsible for marketing, sales and technical support for your software customers. In addition to the responsibilities of an MDEC Reseller, you are also responsible for:

  • Providing after-sales support to the customers
  • Provide Complete technical support to the customers including onsite visits
  • Report software bugs to MDEC tech support
  Requirements to become a Dealer/Reseller

In order to join our Reseller program, we require you to buy RTB Software(any combination of Student, Home, SMB and Corporate editions) for at least $1000. To become a Dealer, you are required to buy RTB editions for at least $3000. In order to maintain your reseller status and earn 30% commission, you are required to make sales of at least $1000/month or $12,000/year. To maintain your dealer status and earn 40% commission, your must make sales of $3000/month or $36,000/year.

If you meet your sales quota for a month, the commission will be given to you in the following month. If you fail to meet your sales quota for a particular month, the sales for that month will be accumulated towards your annual quota and the commission will be given to you at the end of the year. Your status will be cancelled at the end of the year if you fail to meet your annual quota and the commission for the last month’s partial sales will be forfeited. However, you can renew your cancelled status after a year by purchasing additional RTB software. Your fiscal year to earn commission will re-start in that month.
